We'll also tell you about your available remedies — legal solutions to your problem. We will explain the risks of each choice. Finally, we will recommend a course of action. You get all this before you commit to any specific legal fight. Unlike a short talk, this service gives you a formal written Legal Opinion. This is a document you can trust, share with your other advisors, and use to make an informed decision on how to move forward.

What the Service Entails

Step 1 (15%): We will gather all your important documents. This includes property documents, agreements, letters, official orders, and any previous legal advice. We will then prepare a checklist for reviewing these documents. Step 2 (30%): We will create a Preliminary Legal Analysis. This will identify the main legal problems and the applicable statutory framework — the relevant laws that apply. We will also outline the available remedies and give you an early risk assessment. Step 3 (25%): You will have a 60-minute discussion with us. We will explore the analysis in detail, answer your specific questions, and improve the recommended plan. Step 4 (30%): You will receive a Final Legal Opinion. This is a formally structured document. It will cover the facts of your case and the applicable law — the specific legal rules that apply. It will explain your legal position, including its strengths and weaknesses. It will also provide a recommended action plan with a realistic timeline and estimated costs.
