Supreme Court of India — Court-Appointed Expert

Appointed by the Supreme Court of India as the techno-legal expert in the Supertech Twin Towers demolition matter. The forensic report on statutory approvals was accepted verbatim by the Court — and the towers were demolished.

Policy Architect — RERA, IBC & the Mediation Act

Drafted formal policy inputs that shaped the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016, the Mediation Act, 2023, the Tenancy Bill, 2021 and the CIRP Regulations under the IBC, 2016 for real-estate insolvency.
